Payment Methods
We are happy to take PayPal online, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac in store; sorry no
cheques or foreign currency.
Sales Tax
Moons & Runes charges 5% sales tax on all products. This tax is added into the total at
checkout. The customer is solely responsible for all other taxes and/or duty fees incurred
during shipping.
Custom Cloak Orders
We require a 50% deposit prior to ordering your cloak. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive
your order in our shop prior to pick up or shipping.
Prices
They are listed in Canadian funds.
Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice in accordance with market fluctuations.
Discontinued Items
You will be contacted if our stock does not meet your needs and will be offered alternate
choices.
Back Order Policy
If an item that you ordered is not available or is in limited quantities we contact you by
email, and we will proceed with your order as you wish.
Return Policy:
EXCHANGE ONLY; NO REFUNDS; on both in-store and shipped products. Must be within 7
days, with receipt, in resellable condition. No returns on opened decks, cd's, dvd's, herbs,
oils, incense, custom made cloaks, ouija boards, clearance items, books, sealed items
like zen gardens....all exchanges are at the discretion of the owners. Items exchanged
that are being re-shipped will be charged for shipping.
Damages in shipping are to be taken up with the shipping company by the client. Moons
and Runes DO NOT ever ship broken items, and all our items are well packed in bubble
wrap, newspaper or foam peanuts.
Shipping Costs
Once we receive your order the weight, size of package, and location will be calculated
based upon the shipping provider you choose. If no alternate choice is made we will ship
regular post using Canada Post which is the most cost effective.
You will be sent a separate PayPal invoice via email for the estimated shipping costs.
Your shipping invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping; any delays in this process will
delay shipment of your order.
Please we aware that heavy items like cauldrons, singing bowls, crystal balls, etc. as well
as oversized items like swords, are subject to higher shipping costs than normal.
Shipping
Items in stock: 1-2 days to process order.
Items out-of-stock: 2-4 weeks depending on availability from wholesaler. You will be
contacted by email if there is a concern with your order.
Canada Post is used for our shipping, as it is the most cost effective. If you prefer UPS or
FedEx please indicate this to us during your order, and we will send you a separate
invoice for the difference of that total. We will provide you a tracking number upon
request. Once items leave our store it is no longer our responsibility. Tracking the
package is the responsibility of the consumer and any shipping concerns are between the
client and the shipping provider.

Moons & Runes does not share customer information including email's, phone numbers,
or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send
unwanted postal mail. Any batch email's sent out will be only to notify customers of new
or sale items as well as special offers and sales.
